Licensing Stock content error

I tried editing and saving from an existing template and got the following message when I tried to download; "Sorry, we were not able to license all Stock content. Some Stock assets can no longer be used. Try replacing with something else: Stock asset ID #284323847." I tried creating the video from scratch and received the same exact error message.

As the message says, not all Stock content can be used. You'll need to find another image.

Do you have a Premium or free plan (you didn't say).

Considering I stated that I used my OWN images, AFTER trying to use other Adobe Stock images yielded the SAME error.
And yes, Premium account.
This issue already existed as early as June 2023, with other PREMIUM users.

Hi

@adak96849557

,

We're sorry to hear about the issue. Please check this article and try the steps mentioned in it and let us know if that helps:- https://adobe.ly/49dKZ5a

I'm running into the same problem after building an institutional resource for our college using Express. I've followed the steps in the article you posted: We have an institutional license, so more than 9,000 images appear in the License History (no way I'm searching for my 40 images out of 9,000+). None of the other proposed solutions I can find online work either.

This is exasperating. We are a Creative Campus, and I'm showcasing Express for our entire faculty. How can I recommend this platform if it's going to glitch like this?

And here's a lovely twist: It's not just about the Stock images. replacing the images in a Glideshow deletes the text connected to that image, so I have to rebuild each of the 5 Glideshows by saving the text content, replacing the image, and then adding the text content again.
