Loading error | Drat. There was a problem loading this video

Hello,

From last Friday, we cannot open any of our express / spark urls and we get this Drat. error.

Not working on following browsers: Microsoft Edge, Chrome (mobile)

On Chrome (desktop) it works.

How can we resolve this issue?

Thank you for reaching out.

We tried to update & reset Edge, but it still doesn't work.

On Chrome & Firefox & Safari we do not have problems with the urls to videos, on Edge (desktop) & Chrome (mobile) it shows the Drat. error.

Is this a temporary issue?
