Missing Adobe Spark Webpage, Not Converted? Not Recoverable?

We had a Spark page created with the URL https://express.adobe.com/page/pTAdp4NYHZUNb/ which now shows a 404. We can still see references to the site in Way Back Machine but the last entry was late December 2024 which shows a 404.

We chatted with Adobe Support who had us go to like 5 pages of project files, trash, etc. and the project did not show up in any of these areas. It's just gone like it didn't get converted to the new platform. It seems our other Spark creations did transfer with the exception that some videos are no longer editable.

We don't have an old version of Spark on mobile devices (and you can no longer download the app) so we can't access there and there seems to be no way to get to it through Express.

We created this website for a client and it's tied to renting a property which means they are likely losing money. It's really important we get this back online.

Adobe Suppport never contacted us back. Anyone had this situation and resolved it? (Again, it is not showing in Adobe Express Your Files, Trash or anywhere.)

Thanks.

Where can I find my Spark Page projects?
When I go to the Spark Page app, it's completely empty. When I enter the project's url, for example http://express.adobe.com/page/RRdiB, I get a 404 error message. There on the error message page, I click the link back to Adobe Express but I can't find my Spark Page projects there either.
Is all my work gone forever!?!
Or what am I not understanding??

I have the same problem with my Spark Page. The link (https://express.adobe.com/page/7ulQyoGmcQzPE/) still works, but I can't find the page in Adobe Express. My other pages are available for editing in Adobe Express, except the mentioned page. How do I retrieve the page for editing?

@Amitej S  I had two very long Support chats with Adobe sending lots of screenshots showing the file is nowhere, this support thread, a promised callback that just said Adobe needed more time and multiple emails saying the same thing.

You are "acknowledging" the issue of a lost Adobe Spark Page.

I provided the original Spark Page URL, a link to Way Back Machine which has a version of it (albeit missing some media). I'm not sure what else I can do as a paying customer to show the page existed and now it doesn't. Wouldn't Adobe have backups?

This page was tied to someone's rental property, thus they can't rent the property, thus losing money. This is putting me in a not so good spot while no one from Adobe is providing answers or restoring the page.

Can you give me an update?

Try searching for it by name here: https://new.express.adobe.com/restore-folders.

Not sure why Adobe has dropped the ball so badly with missing files etc, but the above link might be of help to you.

Weird, That leads me to a mostly pink page on Adobe with a search. Can't do anything on that page.
