Just opened Express like any other day but this time it was different.. Have been working with Adobe Express all day opening and closing it throughout.. I have no clue what happened and where all the tools went (generative AI, filters, etc.) and download button/upper tool bar went. Any ideas here on what to try?

Thanks,

Hi

@Melodic_inventor5FAA

Welcome to the community! We're sorry for the delay. I'd like to inform you that the download button missing issue has been resolved. You can check this link- https://adobe.ly/40NCWcl. Let us know if you're still encountering this issue.

If you're still seeing the toolbar missing issue, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Let us know if that helps.

Hello @Melodic_inventor5FAA  I've opened my Adobe Express in Chrome & Windows app, everything appears to be working. I've checked Adobe Status where there are a couple of issues but when searching for Adobe Express, no specific problems. On occasion when I've run into problems the goold old close everything and restart the computer often does the trick. Browser updates waiting to be installed can sometimes make my Adobe Express throw a wobbly, so if you can try the full restart.
