Move and resize without the popout menu taking up half the screen?

Every time I select something on my page the pop-out menu takes up so much of my screen. How do I stop the pop-out menu every time?

Hi @stacey_0723

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you working in a browser on a computer or some type of mobile device? Would it be possible to share a screenshot to better understand what you mean?

Thanks,
Dave

When I click on the pencil shape the menu on the left pops up and covers some of the page. I just want to move things and need to see the whole page.
Thanks

This is exactly my issue, too. So frustrating. Can't even move things around on my project without a pop up screen coming up and reducing my working area to like a quarter of the screen. And with iPad apparently you can only work in Landscape, there's no setting to change it to Portrait that I have found. At least with old version you could call up the options and then pick what you wanted to do without annoying pop-ups every time you do something. I just don't see any benefit to this migration "upgrade". It's not user friendly in the least. Very disappointed and will be searching for another app because frankly this version is just too time consuming to contend with; in fact it is a downgrade for me. 👎

Hi

@Lisa_Bee_iz_me

,

We're sorry for the delay. Could you please share the screen recording of the issue? Also,  I'd like to inform you that vertical orientation support for iPads is also coming soon.

Please check this article for more info- https://adobe.ly/40XOJF6

Hi

@stacey_0723

Thanks for sharing the screen recording! It looks like you're selecting the text box instead of the pencil. Try selecting the pencil and moving it instead.

Let us know if that works!

Regards,

Tarun
