Question

New Templates are showing on Adobe Express (Not grouped) but aren't visible on the creative cloud.

I uploaded a set of new templates in a library on Adobe Express.
Then I grouped them from the creative cloud.

When I uploaded more templates on Adobe Express, they are placed as not grouped.
The new uploaded templates aren't visible in the same folder in the creative cloud.
Any help or tips?

Hey @George Spiteri Galan

You will need to log in to your Adobe Creative Cloud and organize/ group your files there.

I created a short YTB video about organizing your brand:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oxwxoGSgH4&list=PLw_TZpSvr4y4EWbQDKB4T_-Lh1sogRkVf.

The idea essentially the same:
Log in to your Adobe Creative Cloud
1) Files
2) Press +Add
3) Name the folder and move your content around.

The video I shared with you goes into a bit more depth about how to create subfolders.

Cheers

Nate

@Oh.N8  I did group them already on the Creative Cloud.
The issue is, I uploaded new templates on Express, and they're not showing in the same folder on the Creative Cloud.

Hi @George Spiteri Galan,

Thanks for the clarification! To help our engineering team investigate further, could you please share the link to the folder where the templates are grouped in Creative Cloud, along with the Express project links that aren't appearing there? Please feel free to send the links here or via DM if you prefer.
