No Dowload Feature in Adobe Express

I am Photography plan member.

Having ported my Adobe Spark designs to Adobe Express, I now need to export them to my PC for printing and archive purposes. They will then be removed from the Cloud as they are no longer needed on the WWW.

In researching at the community, tutorials and youtube etc., there should be a Download button which has download format options available. I have no such button.

I am reaching out as I have tried now on mutiple platforms, Ipad, Android mobile, Windows PCs with varying OS's and up to date web browers (Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge) both in and out of incognito mode. None will provide me with a download feature.

Thanks for sharing the details and letting us know the steps you've already tested. This shouldn't be happening. The download button appears whenever a file is open (please refer to screenshot). 

Sometimes, such errors get resolved when cache/cookies are cleared, but in your case, this is happening on all platforms.

Let us know if the download button is still unavailable for you on all devices and browsers, so we can investigate further.

Hi,I spoke at length with support yesterday.The download button is not available for Web page designs.This is a major flaw in my opinion.I have a workaround and will update the community.ThanksDavidSent from my Galaxy
