No toolbar available?

Hello, I am new to Adobe express though I am experienced with much of the Adobe suite. I was surprised not to find any layers in the app and when I go through the Adobe information page for Express and google around, it seems to me there should be a toolbar in the app, but my app shows no toolbar??  I've added a screenshot of my app, both while selecting an object and not and the interface simply does not look like the images and video tutorials provided by Adobe (literally on how to use layers).... What's the deal??

Hi Svarkur, 

Sorry for the trouble. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of the app and then signing back in. If not, try a different system. Try a different device. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
