Not working on samsung tab a9

I got a question, i just got a new tablet (Samsung a9+) and i installed Adobe Express on it. I signed in with the same account as i have on my iPhone, so i hoped i see all "my stuff" in the tablet. But there is nothing, can some one explain this to me ? I also use sometimes Adobe on the laptop and there i have al my files. Thank you!

    I am having a very similar problem. I just "updated" to an ipad for portability and I'm unable to find any of my files in "mystuff".  I didn't check compatibility because it works on desktops and iphone. Now I can't use the thing that I bought the ipad for in the first place. Very upset!

    Hi @nik_5357 @Mjkhoury07, @lady-in-flux we apologize for the confusion and misinformation on the list of compatible devices' documentation. We are working on rectifying it. 

     
    Also, I want to clarify that the new Adobe Express app is not yet available on tablets or iPads, and our teams are working on getting the update across such device types. Once it is released, your tablet devices will get the new express app, and you can then sync and work on projects across multiple devices seamlessly.

     

    Currently, the latest version is available on mobile devices and desktop browsers only, where users can sync and work on projects they create using either mobile or the webapp.

      Thank you for that information. But why would Adobe not update the app for phones and tablets simultaneously?

      Please check this article which has the list of supported device for the new Adobe Express app- https://adobe.ly/3AAXH1v. If you couldn't find your device, you can send a request here https://adobe.ly/4dQUysC,  we will try to integrate it soon.

      I am having the same problem. Although on adobe list of compatible devices the samsung A9 + is mentioned.
