Dear Adobe Team,
Since your last update it has become impossible for me to work in Adobe Express. I can live with the fact that my old designs and templates are gone (which is nevertheless exceedingly regrettable and incomprehensible), but the fact that even new designs disappear, cannot be opened or even downloaded, does not work at all. When is an improvement to be expected?
And before you ask: Yes, I have tried all the advice you have given here. I used the latest Chrome browser, then Internal Explorer. Furthermore, I deleted all website data, logged out and logged back in. And on top of that I tried all this with another computer. Simply nothing works anymore!
I ask for a solution as soon as possible.
