Out of Memory, new laptop and Adobe Express, keeps crashing the website

Hi,

I am new with Adobe Express, I just bought a new i7 Vivobook and I am trying the online Adobe Express for the first times, today it started crashing all the time, says out of memory. I can't find anything specific at the requirements that it wouldn't fit to my new laptop. Windows 11? too new? I dont think thats the issue. Should have enough memory on the laptop. Is the issue that I don't have yet the premium version or too many layers on the sheet? #adobeexpress #outofmemory #requirements #windows11

is your adobe express only crashing for a particular project (as opposed to crashing when starting a project)?

start a new project. any problem closing and reopening it?

Thanks all for your help, after working with a new project it seems the problem was only on the one project.
