Pdf conversion not working

Hey I have been trying from the desktop app and the web app. I tried with 2 different accounts and different web browsers but  when I try to upload a pdf it just never converts. I even tried it with one I have done before that I know is not complex. is anyone else having these kind of issues today?

My coworker tried as well and its stuck in a loop trying to convert to a adobe express file. It doesn't actually give an error.

Hey @Diablo Ogre, can you confirm if you're trying to use any Quick Action to convert to/from a PDF, or are you trying a different workflow? I tried uploading and converting a PDF to PNG, PPTX, XLSX, and Doc format, and it worked fine for me. 

It'd be helpful if you could share a screen recording of your workflow. Additionally, please let us know if you have tried any other troubleshooting steps and which browsers you tested on.

I tried drag and drop to convert the pdf and it never moves past this window. I think it maybe have something with the connectivity but not sure, everything else loads fine.

  • The PDF file(s) you’re trying to convert

  • Your browser version and OS

  • Any screenshots or screen recordings showing the issue

Also, could you confirm if the file works when uploaded from a different network or device?
