Je travaille sur adobe express et l'application plante toutes les 1 minute environ, impossible d'avancer dans mon travail... j'ai fermé toutes les autres applications mais le problème persiste. Je suis sur ipad.

Would you mind telling us the version of  Adobe Express installed on your device? Also, could you share the OS version of device? Do you get any error messages? Is it happening with all the projects or with any specific one? Does it happen when any particular operation is performed?

 

How much free space is available on your device, and did you try reinstalling the app & then restarting the device? 

Please ensure you're working on the latest version of the Adobe Express.

Bonjour, est ce que le problème est toujours le même ?
Il faudrait avoir un maximum d'infos sur l'appareil, les versions d'Express, IpadOs ...

Je verrais bien 2 choses pour commencer en attendant plus d'infos :

1 - redémarrer l'ipad et vérifier l'espace disponible.

2 - Supprimer Express complétement et ré installer.

 

On est la pour aider donc n'hésite pas à nous donner le plus d'infos possible pour qu'on puisse le plus rapidement possible t'aider.
