PNG to Vector - doesnt work (says it is invalid)

Question

I am trying to create a vector file directly from adobe express (desktop, app and mobile does not work).

I have tried uploading an image (PNG) I created in Adobe express, and it says it is invalid. I have checked the stats, and it ticks all the boxes but Adobe still says no 😞 Anyone know what to do please?

Minimum dimension: 50px - It is 2000px
Maximum dimension: 6000px - it is 2000 x 2000px
Maximum file size: 17,408 KB (17 MB) - It is 440KB

Hi @lynsey,We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. I tried to download the image you've shared and I was able to upload it. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?  Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again.
