Premier Rush Templates

Can anyone help... I just bought Adobe Express, but when using Premiere Rush I don't seem to have any templates (Titles, Transition graphics and Overlays) when using the desktop or mobile version of the app
(There should be hundreds of templates but there are about 7)

What happens when you click More to the right of each of the categories?

It shows the deafult 7 templates

Are you logged in using your Adobe ID (the email address that you used when purchasing the Adobe Express Premium plan?

Yes. Have tried clearing the cache and logging out and back in as well
