    Hi @17382807 ,

    Yes, it is, you need to maintain your subscription to Adobe Express to maintain all the premium photos from Adobe Stocks. But if you seems to have low in budget, Adobe Express still offers a lot of Free Photos from Adobe Stock that you can use for your projects.

    Happy Creating!

    Kind regards,

    Julius

    @Julius A.,

    No disrespect intended but for sake of clarity so nobody here gets the wrong idea, Adobe Express paid Premium service DOES NOT include access to Adobe Stock's Premium or editorial content.

    I can well understand how people may not understand Adobe's confusing naming conventions.  "Premium" means one thing in Adobe Express and quite another in Adobe Stock.  Anyway,  I defer to what's stated on the Adobe Express Overview page.  See screenshot below.

    I hope that helps.

    Hi @Nancy OShea

    Sorry for that, thank you for your clarification. I'm just referring to those photos that can only be accessed when users are in premium plan just like the photo below.

    I think I understand @17382807 questions in other perspective. Sorry for the confusion, I am only referring on what is in the picture above that users need to maintain premium to have access on those photos.

    Kind regards,

    Julius

    Hi @17382807,

    Adobe Express Premium service for $10/month includes access to advanced features & asssets that the FREE plan does not include.   See comparison chart below.

    Adobe Express does not include access to the Adobe Stock Premium or Editorial Collections.  You would need a separate Adobe Stock plan for that.

    Hope that helps.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
