Question

Premium subscription account is only allowing two posts per month.

I have three successfully linked social media accounts. I have successfully scheduled and posted to Instagram and Twitter. My premium subscription account is only allowing two posts per month.  It seems it does not understand that I have the Premium plan. This is not related to linking media accounts, it is only about the number of posts I'm allowed each month. Anyone able to give me a direction to head to fix this?

Hey @DRLaff,

Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!!

I see you have an active Adobe Express subscription! This allows you to publish unlimited posts to social media and connect up to five social media profiles per plan. You can connect Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest profiles.

Try after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you're using. You can also try signing out and then back in with your Adobe ID. Ensure that you're using the ID that has the active subscription.

Let us know how it goes!

Best,

Amitej

I carefully followed your instructions. The problem remains. It says at the
top "0 scheduled posts remaining for June 2023. Try premium plan".

Hi @DRLaff, Apologies for the late response!
Are you still having this issue? Could you share a screenshot of the error message that pops up? I'd share that with the team and your Adobe ID for them to investigate. If required, they'd contact you for more information.

Thanks!
