How can I quickly create a card that I can print on A4 and fold t make card

I started using Express but no printable card format that I can see

I went through the link and all I can see is that Adobe Express does not have a print card feature where I can print on my own printer and have the card formatted correctly for A4 printing. It appears that I have to subscibe to someone else to provide that feature which surprises and disappoints me as Adobe is very pricey and surely can provide the print formating for a simple card. If I want it professionally printed then sure I will subscribe but if I choose to do my own printing then I think the setup should be available in the product for easy printing.
