Protect Brand Assets in Templates

Hi,

I am having issues with some of the team I am providing branded templates for, going off and using the bespoke brand fonts to create off brand assets themselves. Is there a way to block these bespoke fonts from being used outside of approved templates?

Thanks

Hi @RachelMata,

Thanks for your question.

While it's not currently possible to restrict brand fonts outside approved templates, a helpful workaround is to use locked templates — you can pre-style text fields and limit editing to only certain elements. This helps maintain brand consistency.

Hi Mahmoud,

Thanks for your reply. I am providing locked templates to stop off brand work but the fact the bespoke brand fonts are available to those sharing the same space means they are going off an creating brand new off brand artwork themselves - outside of the templates as a way around the restrictions I am setting.

If the bespoke fonts could be restricted to templates only, It would halt this process.

Thanks,
Rachel
