Purched Adobe Express NOT found in Adobe.com

I pay monthly via Apple for Adobe Express. But Adobe doesn't recognize this FACT. 

 

Tried zhelp/adobe but they leave me in there for hours.

 

How to change my in APP email adress to SYNC my experience and access to product benefits?

Sorry to learn you're having these difficulties. You should just need to sign into any of the apps you purchased with your Apple ID email in order for it to recognize you as a paid member. Maybe try signing out and back in again into Adobe Express with your Apple ID email? Please let us know if this helps.
