hello, a few days ago I generated a qr code via adobe express that I had to use for my business but today it no longer works. Gives the message signed expired. Can someone help me?
Hi,
if its connected only to an Image on Facebook that link itself maybe changed. I assume that link looks something like https://scontent-fra5-4.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/316237432_671810777651187_3667631698088765209_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_p843x403&_nc_cat=1&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=8bfeb9&_nc_ohc=EcL17HcNJesAX_MDBo4&_nc_ht=scontent-fra5-2.xx&oh=00_AfBUJiNh2vPz9IpUtG4ZI4PXM61hWUAnXxseY2lb30IVow&oe=637E98B0 or so. If thats the case those Links could change and then the QR Code does not match. QR Codes would

What does this have to do with InDesign?

Adobe support told me to contact the adobe express community to resolve the issue. I generated the qr code using adobe express. I honestly don't know if they gave me the right directions

I don't know if they gave you a link to this community but you're in the InDesign forum. Here's the link to the Adobe Express Forum:

Actually, I just had this happened to me. When I realized there must be a tag on the free trial QR makers. Choose one that is totally free and it should fix the issue.

Unfortunately, even if you created a new one, it would not solve the problem because the one that currently is expired has been printed on cards that I had made by the graphic.

Sorry to here that, was the QR maker a trial version?

Hi,
where can we find the QR code and did you try to make a new one and test it after you made it? The only thing that the Adobe Express QR Code Maker does is making a Link to your Website. So it should lead to the website and what is going on on the website may return the Message. Hope that helps.

In reality I have not tried to generate a new one but now even if it worked it would be useless since for me it is important that the one created previously works. However the QR has been connected to the link of an image published on our fb page

If thats the case those Links could change and then the QR Code does not match. QR Codes would be best used with static not changable Links like Websites or Links to Images that would not change in the Future. It feels like the Error Message also come from Facebook. Did you try to open that Link to the Image without the QR code inbetween? Does that open the image properly? Hope that helps.

Yes, I've tried it and it works fine

As QR codes, once generated, are static images, they do not expire. However the link they point to may expire, and the the QR code points to an invalid address, like sending a letter to an address that does no more exist.

I would like to understand that too. That's why I turned to the community
As it is an image, and only an image, with no code behind, it won't expire or change over the time. QR codes are just like address tags on something. They don't change. The only thing that can change is the destination, especially, if you do not have control over that.
If you can post the qr-code, I can have a look into it.

THE ATTACHED QR WAS GENERATED THROUGH THE SAME LINK BUT FROM A DIFFERENT SITE AND IT WORKS REGULARLY. HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS?

I do not explain this. Indeed, it is not relevant. Except that you have a code that works. But we want to find out what did not work with the code generated by Adobe Express.
The code you presented in the above message relates to a link shortener or link redirector. Adobe Express does not do that. Adobe Express creates a qr-code that simply shows your address.
