Reembolso suscripción Adobe Creative Express

Quiero el reembolso del servicio Adobe Creative Express por un error ese suscripción. Según el centro de atencion y ayuda de adobe, puedo solicitar un reembolso dentro durante los próximos 14 días de haberse efectuado el pago de una suscripción. He efectuado por erro la suscripción del servicio Adobe Creative Express y me gustaría recibir el rembolso de este producto ya que no voy a hacer uso del mismo. Me gustaría recibir ayuda. Muchas gracias
