Remove Background Request Timed Out

Hello

I keep getting a Request Timed Out error almost everytime I try to remove the background to my images. Not every image. Sometimes it works but I've been getting this message too many times now that I'm frustrated.

I'm on my mac. I've tried clearing cookies on both Chrome and Safari. Restarted the compter and all apps. Have tried resizing images to make them smaller for removing background but nothing is working.
What else can I try. I don't think using Adobe Express should really be this difficult and unreliable.
