Remove background tool not working

I was able to remove the background on several photos but now i just get an error saying the background can't be removed (the background is identical on all photos).  I've tried closing out chrome and reopening, restarting my laptop but I keep getting this error.  I've tried various picutres, I tried deleting the photos I already removed the background from but I keep getting this error.

Hi,

 

can you maybe try a different Browser like Mozilla Firefox or Edge just to be save that it is not a Browser issue. I tryed it with Firefox with your Example Pic and it works just fine. Hope that helps.

The same issue keeps happening to me non stop with all kinds of images. Has anyone found any solution?

Adding to @Henrik Heigl suggestion, if you haven't tried yet, you could also log out of all devices and clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest version using a different browser or incognito mode.

Additionally, you can check if plug-ins are disabled.
