Scan-Limit QR Code

Hey!

I would like to create a scan-limited QR code with only 199 scans (due to licensing of the attached file).

Please can anybody advise on how/where I can do this?

Adobe Express produces static QR codes, which, once generated, do not have a scan limit. As of now, for Adobe Express, you can submit a feature request for a dynamic QR code with limited page views here: https://adobe.ly/3TVw9df
