Hello!

I'm facing issues with the calendar/scheduling feature. My scheduled posts to IG are not posting. In the past, I would get an email about it but now, it doesn't even email me anymore.

HELP!

I've tried google chrome and Microsoft edge. And now I'm noticing that it's not posting to X or LinkedIn either!

Hi

@Emily38170023d4sj

,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when you have been seeing this issue? Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you share a screenshot of the error message?

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Regards,

Tarun

It started happening this week. First Instagram, now X and LinkedIn.

I tried those steps and tried clearing out my cookies. It worked last week. I had a post scheduled to multiple platforms last night but it only posted to FB and not X, IG, or LinkedIn. Is there anything I can do to fix this or are you guys working on this? The link provided only showed steps for FB and IG, but what about X and LinkedIn??

Hi @Emily38170023d4sj,

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

We understand the issue you're facing — if your post only published to Facebook but not to X, Instagram, or LinkedIn, this may be related to a current connectivity or authorization issue with those platforms. While the steps in the article focus on Facebook and Instagram, we are actively looking into broader posting reliability across all supported platforms, including X and LinkedIn.

In the meantime, could you please try the following:

  • Disconnect and reconnect your X and LinkedIn accounts in Settings > Social Accounts

  • Double-check that all permissions are granted

  • Reschedule the post or try publishing it manually as a test

If the issue persists, feel free to share a screen recording or additional screenshots — this will help us investigate more effectively.

Thanks again for your patience while we work on improving this!
