I planned posting on Facebook and IG with the scheduler. FB worked but IG doesn´t. And i don´t know why.
I use an IG business account. Is anybody able to help me?
This is concerning. It should work fine. Would you mind sharing what happens while posting to IG? Do you get any error messages? Did you try any troubleshooting steps to resolve this? We can check the same and try to reproduce it on our end. thx dir your Troubleshoot. I solved the problem. It concerned the size of the attached files. Bigger than 1 MB isn't a problem for Facebook - but for insta it was. I compressed the attached pictures and now it works. 🙂
