Shared templates not showing up in the "Shared With You" tab

Hi AE & Team!

 

My team has invited me to edit and collaborat with them on several templates but when I hit "accept" invite, the templates do not show up under libraries and "Shared With You." Even though I hit "accept" on my team's end they see the invites as pending. 

 

They've cancelled and resent me the invites but the same issue is occuring. 

 

When I accept the invite via email, a new tab opens, states "hang tight" and then takes me to this blank page. Nothing happens after that. 

 

Please help!

Hi there,

 

Sorry for the trouble. Thank you for the screenshot. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps. Please open a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Projects should be available usually afterward. You can try reinstalling the app, signing out of the app, and then signing back in. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
