Spinning Wheel of Nothing

Good Afternoon,

 

After purchasing the Adobe Suite, every time I try to open up the Creative Cloud on my computer, all I get is the loading screen and it never opens.  However, it opens just fine when I use the web-version.  

 

Has anyone else had this problem?  How do I fix this issue?

We are sorry to hear about your difficulties with the Creative Cloud application. Would you mind telling us which version of the operating system you're using? Are you getting any error messages?
