Stylize this pdf and convert to Adobe Express are missing

I can't find Stylize this pdf and convert to Adobe Express in Adobe acrobat, but Ai assistante is there, how to solve this?
I have Adobe Acrobat Pro part of Creative Cloud membership.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have attached the pdf in question. It is made in and exported from inDesign.

I shared the issue with one of our developers, and she found that, somehow, the language of the PDF was set to Arabic. She created a fixed version which I will attach. The PDF was created in InDesign, so you can change the InDesign PDF language or use Acrobat to fix the PDF like she did.

This happens to me too. I don't see Ai Assistant, Generative Summary nor Stylize this PDF. User: hanspetter@folkeakademiet.no.

hi @hans petterw37650915 , I solved my problem by removing all Adobe applications including Creative Cloud desktop app, and all Adobe references folders from the system, start all over again, now everything working fine. hope this will help you

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Does this happen with all PDF's in Norwegian? Were the PDF's in question created by Adobe Acrobat? Would it be possible to share an example PDF in which I could recreate the issue from my side?
