Hi, I try to contact the support too, I have an audio mp3 of 1min32 and I want to Animate it in adobe express "animate character" then when I upload my file and wait it gives me a video with no labial moves of 7.1 seconds... I try with goole chrome, microsoft edge, brave, brave incognito... the same result. No error message. Can you help me ?
