With Adobe Express Scheduler, it appears that it's not possible to tag companies and individuals when entering a caption. It works for Twitter but not for Facebook. Is there a way for it to work on Facebook?

In general, tagging companies and individuals in Facebook captions is done by using the '@' symbol followed by the name of the page or person you want to tag.
If Adobe Express Scheduler is not allowing you to tag companies or individuals in Facebook captions, you may want to check if there are any settings that need to be adjusted. It's also possible that this feature is not currently available in the scheduler.
Alternatively, you could consider manually adding the tags to your Facebook posts after they have been scheduled using Adobe Express Scheduler. This would involve logging in to Facebook and editing the post to add the tags.

Hi! @mentioning (tagging) on Facebook issues should now be resolved. Please not it only works for Facebook pages (not profiles). For Twitter and Instagram, manually adding the tags of users with @ symbols will work as expected when published and for LinkedIn you can automatically tag business pages. Just start typing after the @ symbol and the business page will appear (same as Facebook)

Hi Andy, thanks for this, but it's still not working for me.
