This shouldn't be happening; since when are you having this issue? Can you share a screen recording showing where you get these greyed-out templates? 

Also, I'd recommend you try again after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or working on another recommended browser (Edge, Safari, or Google Chrome) to check if that makes any difference.
