Text alignment in Adobe Express

Is there a way to align text to the bottom of a text box in Adobe Epress? As far as I can see I can align to Top, Bottom or Center of an artboard/project, but cannot force text to be bottom aligned within a text box. I'm creating templates and would like to establish a bottom point beyond which text should not flow.

    Thanks Andy - I don't get all of the optiosn you have in your align dialogue - I don't see the "Distribute" option at the bottom like you show in your screenshot. Is there a way to bring this into my Express platform as it looks like it may solve the problem. 

     

    When I use align, it bumps the text block to the very top or bottom of my artwork.
