Question

The new adobe express doesn't load my gallery , instead it takes me to drive and other options .

How do I explorey gallery through Adobe express , There aren't any options , instead it shows drive and other unhelpful folders. The previous Adobe was WAY MORE BETTER. I use a oppo reno 10 pro 5g , or a techno pro 5g for this app .

Both phones have similar issues

Hi Mukesh Morwall,

It sounds like you're facing trouble accessing your gallery through Adobe Express. Could you confirm if both devices are running the latest version of the app? Gallery options should typically be accessible when selecting media. If it's showing other folders instead, try clearing the app's cache and restarting your device.

Let us know if the issue persists or share any additional details, like screenshots, to help us investigate further.

Thanks

Yes both phones run the latest version and are in updated versions .

My by default download or gallery folders aren't visible . Adobe shows drive links and irrelevant links rather than my gallery .

My gallery looks like what's seen in the screenshot. However adobe can either open some random images from all of these folders but doesn't show all folders I have created .

Adobe has all access.  All permissions

Hi @Mukesh Morwall. We are here to help.  Here’s how you can try to resolve the issue with Adobe Express not loading your gallery properly:

Check Default Gallery Permissions

  • Ensure Adobe Express has access to your gallery.
  • On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Adobe Express > Permissions, and verify that "Storage" or "Photos and Media" permissions are granted.

Reset Default App Behavior

  • If Adobe Express is redirecting you to Drive or other links instead of your gallery:
    • On Android, check Settings > Apps > Default Apps, and ensure Adobe Express is set to open gallery apps directly.
    • On iPhone, try resetting app preferences.

Hey @Mukesh Morwall

Galleries on Adobe Firefly are seperate.
If you find something you like or would like to work with on Galleries you can add it to your stuff in you Adobe account.
Once you have added the "content" of your choice, you can tap on the "Your Folder". In "Your Folder", you can see the projects that you have added to your Adobe Files.

Cheers,
O. Nate

But the content cannot be seen even to add in "your folder "

The issue is my default download folders or gallery folders aren't seen anywhere while adding . Adobe shows Online Drive links rather than relevant content .
