Everytime I try to access Adobe Express I get an error page. This just started happening today. I'm on a Macbook Pro M2 Max using Chrome.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Any ideas?

Hi,

it seems like some kind of Internet Technical Problem. Maybe try another Browser or clear the Browser cache and restart the Computer. Sometimes it helps to Update the DNS Server (e.g. 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8) if its a Provider problem. Hope that helps.

regards,
Henrik

UPDATE: I'm not an IT person so I don't know why this is happening but I CAN get connected on my work network but cannot connect at home. So I'm thinking it has something to do with my network.
