Transfer Adobe Express Account

Hello, 

does anyone know how can I transfer my Adobe Express account to another person? I'm leaving the company and then stop using Adobe Express. However, I want the new person to use my account (premium). He has already created an Adobe Express account and I've shared all the templates with him. 

However, I want to transfer my Premium account to him to fully use, edit and create the contents.

Can anyone help me please?
