Transfer Spark projects from personal account/licence to work account/license

I have a personal Creative Cloud licence, based on my personal emailaddress and I want to stop it in January because I've got a licence from my university, based on my work emailaddress.

Is it possible to transfer Spark projects from my personal license to my work license, because I want to continue working on them within my worklicense

Is there a way to do this in bulk? I have close to 200 projects to transfer form my individual account to my teams account
