Transferring Adobe Express to someone else?

Hi,

I was brought on as a freelancer to create templates for a company (using their creative cloud, but my own email).  I've made a TON of files. Now they want to be able to edit the design files, but even though I've "shared" with them, they cannot see ALL the editable files, only the restricted templates. 

Is there a way to transfer all of this to someone else's Creative Cloud account? Is the only option sending a share link to every single file to the person at the company?
