Transparent Background

I uploaded audio into the free animation maker, selected transparent background. It processes and I am prompted that I need to transfer to adobe express to download. I download but the background is white, not transparent. So in adobe express, I select transparent background and download. Yet again the background is white and not transparent.

I agree, it is confusing that when they open it in the Express Editor it looks "white". But it is, indeed, transparent. It would definitely be better if they showed a checkerboard background hopefully that is something we can change in the future.

Once in the Express Editor they can then add other elements behind (because of transparency). Be sure to check the layer order.

It is not possible to download a video directly from the Animate from audio site with a transparent background for use elsewhere. That, unfortunately, is not supported by Express.
