Hi, since the new upgrade to adobe express I've been unable to delete layers on my projects. The trash can is grayed out. Can I get some help?

You can also use your Delete key. Click on the layer and then press Delete. You can also right-click and choose Delete.

The trashcan is for deleting a full page, not individual layers from a project.

The last post on this thread was 6 mos ago so idk if I need to create a new query? But I'm having this same issue. I only have the bottom layer highlighted and 1. trash can is greyed out 2. if I click my delete key, it also deletes 3 images from my top layer and that's not what I want. I expected this to be an easy action but now I'm stuck. I want to post and it would be tragic 1. if the bottom layer was viewable and 2. I'm afraid it's going to make my file too big! I'm sorely disappointed.
