Trending Topic: Adobe Express Sync issue between App, Browser, and iOS devices.

I've had issues with projects not syncing across devices for a few months now. No issues previously. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Logging in and out repeatedly and now all of my projects have just disappeared. What is going on?!! I pay for a

premium account and this is making work impossible. Not to mention the ongoing inability to create folders for work on the app. For software that's designed for professionals and supposedly at the top of the game this is really so disappointing.

Hello, its May 11 2024 and I'm having this problem. I've tried all the work around and they don't work. I've gone through this whole thread and tried it, yet still nothing. I'm building my portfolio and it's taking ages on my phone - I tried to move to my iPad and it just wont sync up. All the Wi-Fi is the same, I've tried all the solutions here. This is weeks of work and its just not working. I don't understand why I'm paying for something that just doesn't work. I've tried just Creative Cloud and that's just been NO help. I can't even load any of my projects there, its just blank files. I seriously need this to work as I get work from my portfolio. Why isn't there a 'sync now' button? It would surely takes all this fluff out the way. I'm considering moving to Canva because this shouldn't be so difficult to access one file. I've tried emailing it to myself, saving as PDF'S, literally anything. Can this be fixed??? I don't want to lose all my work, AND pay for something that just does not work.

Idk Adobe doesn't really fix this. It's very clear that this issue has been happening for the last 2-3 years. Now, in my case, I'm able to see the files (that I edited in my computer) in my iPhone, but not in the iPad Pro (M2) which is so annoying. I've tried everything and nothing is working. @Tarun Saini they new version (25.0.2) doesn't fix those issues.

This has been happening for a LONG time. I once got a "workaround" to resolve the issue (open the mobile app and toggle sync off and back on). That no longer works. I won't idly threaten to switch to another app because I pay for this one for PS and LR. I'm not paying for yet another app. What Adobe needs is a dedicated "sync now" button. If our work is in the cloud, we should be able to access it from all devices immediately like any other program.

Though not ideal, saving my creations to Google Drive works for now. I can instantly access Google files from any device. This option is only viable if you don't need to continue editing on another device.

Hello, I am also having this issue. I create the graphics at home on my browser, and then use my phone to make final edits and post when I am in the field. Recently, projects are not syncing or just disappearing from my phone altogether.

As many others have reported, this makes paying a monthly license fee problematic because we are paying for a service that does not work.

Your "work around" does not work. I have found nothing that actually works reliably. It's just a gamble on whether or not I will be able to do my work.

Hi @Sherril30255133ox0q@Jeff5D93@Caleb0D4D,

Apologies for the delayed response and any frustration caused.

I understand that this synchronization issue is more complex and can be influenced by various factors that affect speed and delay. Or engineering team is aware of these factors and is continuously working on improving Adobe Express.

To help us tackle this issue together, I suggest the following steps:

1. Keep your browser, mobile device operating system, and Adobe Express app updated to the latest versions.

2. Clear your cache and cookies, and sign in and out of your account after each session.

3. Try accessing Adobe Express in a different browser or use incognito mode.

4. Close and reopen the Adobe Express app on your mobile device.

5. Ensure your mobile device is charged or connected to a power source.

6. Check if your syncing settings are set to Wi-Fi only.

By taking these actions, I believe we can work towards resolving the issue.

I'd also like to suggest contacting our customer care support by phone as they might be able to offer an incentive or others.

Thanks however I was logged in correctly and spent a week without access to my files. The solution in the end was updating my IOS software to the latest version and then reistalling the app. Only now can I see my work. For anyone else having issues.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

I'm still having the same problem. Deleted and reinstalled the app, it's the latest version. iOS is latest version. Backgroud refresh turned off, restarted, turned on. Project was made on desktop, closed, opened. sync on wifi (app) turned off, on. No matter what I try with the steps previously listed I cannot see my projects on my mobile device
