Trying to make a digital press kit with Parallax scrolling using Express please help

Hi, two years ago I created this Digital Media Press kit for a client (please see here: https://express.adobe.com/page/lpx4usaUX5JBM/) which was based off of a template and easy drop and drag design elements. I'm using Adobe Express now and it seems like the ability to make longer form websites with Parallax from a template is not available? Can any one point me in the right direction please as I would like to make another Digital Media Press kit again. Thanks!
