Unable to download MP$ from Adobe Express

I've created a simple animation using my own images, but everytime I try and download the animation as an MP4 I get the following error: Download failed - An error occured while downloading your file. Please try again. Can you advise how I can resolve this?

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I would test these and see if they help

• Try downloading in a few different browsers (computer)
• Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/3OIKeZm
• Test downloading in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/4f725nc
• Create a duplicate instance of the file and try downloading that
