Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

    this is my first problem using adobe express premium for 2 months of use which is running fine

    so this time when downloading a video, a text box appears to start downloading but the process is always 0%, even if you wait for 1 hour it still doesn't move

    I've tried the previous video project (at Your Stuff), it runs normally, can download to completion

     

    what I've done but still doesn't solve the problem:
    1. try on another browser
    2. clear cookies

    Los vídeos no se descargan. Da igual el taaño, la longitud, el formato... No se descargan. Un día de trabajo a la basura. Gracias.

    Hallo, leider ist ein Download von Dateien seit heute früh nicht möglich. Das System hängt grundsätzlich bei 0%.

    I can't download video projects in which I use transitions. The download pop-up stops at 'loading 0%'. I tried several browsers, I blocked every pop-up and tried everything. Is this a bug? Or how can I fix this?

    All files are laggy when making edits to the documents, as well as lag on the "your stuff menu." There is also a message for low space on express.

    I'm unable to download my file and I have a presentation tomorrow. It's stuck at 0% I've tried different browsers, clearing cache, etc. Tried different machines but no joy.

      Same, looks like a lot of people are facing this issue. If you find a solution, please share. I need to urgently export the videos too but unable to download any of my files ion video format
