Unable to get a video download to progress beyond 20% in the web adobe express

Are there any fixes to this issue. I am trying to download an Adobe Express video as an mp4 and receive this error message at 87% complete.

We're sorry to hear about this. Does it happen with one file or with all files? Can you try disabling your firewall to check if that helps? Did you try removing the pop-up blocker if you have installed it to check if that makes any difference?

Mine won't even load 1% without popping to this screen. I have done everything recommended from the comment section. I have gotten help from someone who teaches tehnology and works with adobe everyday. he said he had never seen anything like it. Please help me I am on a deadline

Has anyone found a proper resolution for this issue? I shared my project with another user, who is also unable to download passed 20% without it failing. I then shared it with a 3rd person, who duplicated the project to their own profile and tried to save it and again, it crashes at 20%. Any advise would be greatly appriciated. Thank you for any help.

Hi, I'm having this problem right now and there doesn't seem to be a fix for it? It really stinks. My daughters graduation party is tomorrow and I can't download the slide show to a video. Very disappointing @adobe
