Unable to save or export any designs made in Adobe Express

I'm completely unable to download any assets made on Adobe Express, simple PNGs JPGs design exports won't work on multiple devices and browsers. I tried two different computers and cleared cache on Chrome and Safari on both systems. They all get stuck on 81% or 90% (getting the error code UUID: d560a2ca-dde8-422d-9f5c-808a8f52cb9d) when the program eventually crashes. 

 

I met with Adobe Support yesterday for over an hour (case #ADB-40219865-L2S4) but they could not find the problem or help me find a short term solution. 

 

I'm really frustrated because we've just started a trial of this program, and we were excited to try it out, compared to Canva, for our company. So far we have not been able to download ONE image we've designed. Please, please help so we can actually use the trial and see if this program will work for us long term.

In the meantime, to help us troubleshoot more effectively, could you please send us a private message with the URL of the project you're trying to download, and ensure that edit access is enabled?

 

Additionally, just a few quick clarifying questions that might help us pinpoint the issue faster:

  • Are you using any browser extensions or VPNs that might interfere with downloads?

  • Are you logged into the same Adobe account on both devices?

  • Have you noticed if this issue occurs with every project or just specific ones?

Once we receive your project URL, we’ll do our best to replicate the issue and provide a workaround while our engineers look into a permanent fix.
