Unable to upload pictures to adobe express

For some reason when I click the upload files button to insert a picture on adobe express nothing pops up. It was working fine all the way up until now. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is anyone having the same problem?

    Hi Vanessa, 

     

    Sorry for the trouble. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Projects should usually be available afterward. You can try reinstalling the app, signing out of the app, and then signing back in. Try checking these things. If the above steps do not work, write back with a screenshot of the error. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
