Unauthorized Charge to Credit Card

Question

I just checked my monthly transactions and it showed that I was being charged 19.99. I did not input my credit card information for my account. I did use the FREE Adbobe Express earlier this month but that was roughly 20 days before the transaction.

@Samuel38363477994l, Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry you're having trouble. I looked at your account associated with your email ending ******cki@***.edu and can see that you currently run the free version of Adobe Express. You last used Adobe Express on 2024-06-07 from a Google device.

There have been no charges from Adobe on our end. However, if you purchased the subscription through Google Play, we would need help seeing this as Google manages its payment systems.

Please check your Google Play account for any subscription details charges and send me your order number via DM so I can investigate this further.
