Im in the process of making T-shirt and hoodie designs, I'm confused about the legalities of using stock images in my designs. I have moddified them but am I able to use them in commercial merchandising? Is there a specific license I need to use the stock images on express or am I not able to use them at all?

Correct answer Abambo

No, if you design T-shirts and you want to use stock assets for merchandising, you need an extended licence. That licence is not available on Adobe express. When using own designs, there is no problem with that.
